So season tickets for the Boleyn farewell season are up 5%, but when we move to the Olympic stadium, Brady says they’ll be slashed, with West Ham’s cheapest adult season costing £289 – a reduction of £331 from current prices.
Generous, or a marketing ploy to fill the additional 20,000 seats our new home ground will have???

The club are certainly good at marketing these days, and the £289 season ticket you mention will certainly be for the worst view you’ve ever seen the Hammers play from, however, it remains a fantastic opportunity for everyone to get involved and go to the matches.

I think most games will be full, certainly there’ll be 6 or 7 sell outs when the big clubs and derby games are on.
The club knows they can advertise around London and bring in a few thousand tourists for a midweek game against one of the smaller teams.

Personally, I’m excited by the move.
