All good things come to an end! That’s exactly what happened this weekend in West Ham United’s visit to Molineux Stadium. The Hammers were on a brilliant winning streak, as they strengthened their position in the Premier League top 4 in previous fixtures against some quite big names of England.
But don’t count us off yet, the Hammers are in sensational form. The boys gave it all on the pitch this Saturday, but the luck wasn’t on our side this time, and West Ham United dropped 3 points from a narrow 1-0 loss against the wanderers.
If you missed the match, don’t worry, we’ve got you. Here are all the details of the Hammer’s Matchday 12 in the Premier League:

After the kick-off, the Irons started the game in a promising manner, as they created an attacking threat against the host very quick into the match. The team showed the quality which helped them move up to the third standing in the Premier League table in the previous matchdays.
Somedays, the ball just not go in! Though, the Hammers created several scoring chances, but failed to finish them off! Gradually, as the clock kept ticking, the hosts started to push back the Hammers and created problems for the defense. The match went into half-time 0-0.
After the break, the Wolves looked more dangerous as they grew into the game, and at 58th minute, Raul Jimenez shot the ball into the bottom right corner of Fabianski’s goal. The Wanderer’s were leading with the narrow margin of one goal, as the Hammers started to fight back by shifting to the fierce offensive way of playing. They kept creating scoring opportunities, but failed to pull one back into the Wanderer’s net, as the final time whistle was blown in the favor of Wolverhampton!
There’s a reason why Premier League is the best league in the world, as West Ham United boss David Moyes reflected after the game: “The game was very close but that is what it is like in the Premier League. We were just not quite on it.”

Every point on the table is crucial in PL, but it doesn’t mean West Ham United is gonna hold back in the coming fixtures. The Hammers have demonstrated the quality they possess as the team, as they still sit 3 points clear on the 4th position after Matchday 12.
It’s true that David Moyes got work to do, as the Irons face Manchester City next Sunday, a massive match which will be decisive for the Irons. West Ham United is very much ready for it. Bring it on!
